Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized the e-commerce industry by enabling personalized customer experiences that enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and conversion rates. AI-driven personalization leverages machine learning algorithms, big data analytics, and natural language processing to tailor product recommendations, marketing strategies, and customer support. This article explores the role of AI in e-commerce personalization systems, focusing on techniques such as collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, and hybrid recommendation models. We discuss the challenges faced by Pakistani e-commerce platforms in adopting AI personalization, including data privacy concerns, computational costs, and integration complexity. The paper concludes with future trends and strategic recommendations for optimizing AI-driven personalization in e-commerce environments in Pakistan.
